How do your appointments work? Will you arrive at a specified time?

We arrive at the time of the scheduled appointment and will call you in advance to let you know if we are going to be a few minutes late or need to reschedule.

Do you clean the interior and exterior of windows?

Yes, we clean windows both inside and out. Many of our customers choose to have both interior and exterior windows cleaned. We are happy to also complete only interior or exterior window cleaning – it is up to you as the customer.

How do we prepare our home for our appointment?

We ask you try to give us a clear path to the windows and move any candles, pictures, plants etc off the window sills before we arrive. We will pull up blinds and move any furniture and put it back as best as possible.

What if it rains on the day of my appointment?

We can clean your windows during periods of light rain, however if there is heavy rain/wind we will call ahead to re-schedule, for a safer time to clean your home.

When can you do it?

We try to work on a first come first serve basis, during peek periods (March - December) we can schedule you usually within a 1-week period.

How long does it take?

The duration of the job depends upon the type of structure, number of windows, and what services are requested. Most homes without storm windows require between 1-3 hours to complete inside and out.

How often should we clean our windows?

Most of our customers opt for window cleaning twice a year (spring & fall) however, we can schedule whatever frequency you like.

Do I need to be at home at the time of my appointment?

If you are only having the exterior of your windows washed or eaves trough cleaned, you do not need to be home at the time of your appointment. If the interior of your home is being completed, we will need access to the home.

Do you clean aluminum & wooden storm windows?

Yes, we have been taking apart and cleaning 4 sided storm windows for decades.

Do you clean the screens?

Yes, we always include free screen cleaning with our interior service. We never put a dirty screen back on a clean window.

Do you clean windows in the winter?

Yes, with warm clothing, gloves and windshield wiper fluid we are able to clean windows all year round.

How can I pay for my service?

Our current method of payments include cash, cheque or email money transfer.
